I first met Helen Joseph when my husband photographed her collection of the most amazing, one of its kind, out of the ordinary handmade hand-bags. I was blown away by her creativity.

But is a small part of her work. She is an artist that works with paint, pencil, charcoal and many other mediums.

I love the boldness and the uniqueness of her work….her use of vibrant colours…I love the portrait she did of her dog…

.....the black strokes with a dash of yellow, of pink…..THE COLOURED GIRLS SERIES, COLOURED PEOPLE…

 absolutely incredible!!!!

The ABUSE SERIES is filled with images that shock us and show the dark and the underlying violence in all forms of abuse
