the perfect chip

Episode image for Chipsthe perfect chip @Jimmy's Killer Fish & Chips....learning the secret of how to make it...that's what I spent doing today!!!!!!
As my new business venture is in the business of offering this much loved item  to our  customers, I decided to learn a bit more about chips and why the world likes eating them.

"What I say is that, if a man really likes potatoes, he must be a pretty decent sort of fellow," wrote A. A. Milne, creator of Winnie the Pooh.
The word “chips” appears in Dickens’ A Tale of Two Cities (1859)
A good chip makes a man feel more charitable to the whole world than any sermon; a good chip is loved by everybody
Fish and chips became the traditional meal among the working classes in Great Britain. In 1860, the first fish and chips shop was opened in London by Joseph Malin.
Jimmy’s Killer Fish & Chips opened its first store in Mint Street, Fordsburg in May 2011.
So what makes our chips so amazing?????
Freshly cut potatoes every day. Crisp skin, golden brown in colour, a light fried flavor. Soft inner texture. And a sprinkle of salt, a sprinkle of Jimmy’s secret  recipe, a sprinkle of masala for that hot taste, a dollop of tomato ketchup, some vinegar and finally a dollop of Jimmy’s secret Whip. YUM!!!!!!!!

In between my “making the perfect chip” lesson, I have become addicted to one of our items….THE CHIP ROLL.
What’s a Chip Roll??? YUMMY & ADDICTIVE IS WHAT!!!!!
Place some of the perfect chips inside a toasted and buttered roll and voila!!!!
You will want more I promise you!!!!!
