I have read all the books in Laurann Dohner The New Species Series, which is one of my favourite paranormal series, so I was expecting Drantos, the 1st novel in her VLG Series to be a winner. Sadly, it missed the mark for me! It was totally horrible...but just not that amazing either!!!
I liked the storyline set in the world of Lycans, Vampires and Gargoyles and there were some intereresting characters introduced. But somehow I just couldn't connect with the main characters, VampLycan Drantos and Dusti, who he discovers is his lifemate. And some secondary characters were a bit OTT.....
I'm going to give it another try when the second book is available.
