I love Jane Porter’s books. This is the second time I have read this book and I enjoyed it immensely.
Cristiano, an Italian billionaire and Sam an English orphan have one thing in common and that is their unquestionable love for his half sister and her ward, Gabby. There is a great chemistry between them and you just want Cristiano to fall in love with Sam and marry her and all three to live happily ever after…which they do of course…..after overcoming some difficulties.
It’s about facing one’s fears, responsibilities and the comprises one makes for love.
Fabulous settings – Monte Carlo and the world of the rich and famous, incredible homes, expensive cars…..
I loved Gabby…what an awesome character….showing incredible depth and understanding for someone so young. And the part where she tells Sam that she talks to her angels…..pulled my heartstrings.
This is one book I will read again and again.
