Dark Debt by Chloe Neill
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
This is definitely a vampire soap opera and I can’t get enough. And still I am totally invested in this amazing world that the author has created and developed through each book.
The 12th book in the Chicagoland Vampires and it’s still as fresh and smart as ever.
As usual Merit, who has been likened by a reader as the Nancy Drew of the supernaturals, is on another adventure, together with her gorgeous love of her life, Ethan and her many friends and allies.
I enjoyed this installment a lot. I am not going into the plot as too much happens for me to find enough space to fit my words into.
Needless to say …. I liked the storyline…..the Chicago vampire houses finally working together, with an evil vampire from Ethan’s past causing chaos in Chicago….but what I loved the most was the end……Catcher & Mallory were absolutely adorable…..and I am totally in love with this couple.
What a ride it’s been so far and just a bit sad I will have to wait almost a year for the next book!!!!!
