Tenzin is one of my favorite characters from the Elemental Mysteries Series and I was so happy that I could get more about her in this novella.

Here is where we are told how her life as a vampire began…..
“A long time ago,” she started, “there was a girl…”
A young girl, a young mother taken as a slave, abused and brutalized in the most violent way. Her descent into darkness and madness and the retribution she takes on her torturers, before becoming one of the fiercest and dangerous warriors that the immortal world has ever seen.
“I am darkness.”
“You were.” Nima took a deep, rattling breath. “But I see light for you now.
I liked this addition to this great series but just wanted a bit more of her story in the present.
I would love to read a full length book on her and see her finding love and happiness with someone.
